TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between the Website Operator (“Website Operator”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the webzoro.com website and any of its services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).

These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our Website, WebZoro, accessible at webzoro.com

These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website’s Standard Terms and Conditions.

Revision Policy

We proficiently provide our Clients with revisions depending upon the chosen package.

Turnaround Time

WebZoro has a turnaround time of 48–72 hours for most of the project services. Note that this is not the complete time frame for a project. It is only the turnaround time for a single iteration of the development stage.

Refund Policy

Please note that any fund request for any project shall not be subjected to refund after the delivery if the initial concept and theme are approved.  

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement

75% Refund Policy

-If the request for a refund is made before the project commencement, then the eligible percentage of refund is 75%.

50% Refund Policy

-A refund of 50% is offered if the initial concept of the project is approved, but tangible work still needs to be done. However, once you agree with the requested changes in the first draft (mockup), the refund percentage decreases as the work advances.

25% Refund Policy

-A refund of 25% is eligible if the initial concept for the project is approved and significant work has been performed on the particular task. The percentage of the refund diminishes as the considerable work on the task advanced.

Note:

-No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

-We believe in maintaining a good relationship with our clients. Hence, we opt for making a professional link in good faith. However, if the Client has been in contact with another organization for the same task, then in such case, we reserve the rights to cancel the refund request. (Applicable for all services)

Process For Refund Requests


The Client Details


Clients wanting a refund should submit a written request to our dedicated customer support team through info@webzoro.com

The refund request should contain detailed information, including the Client’s complete name, contact details, project specifications, and an unmistakable clarification of the reason behind the refund.

The Client wanting a refund must get in contact with our support team. The following information is required for further initiation of the refund request. 

  • Client’s Complete Name
  • Contact Details 
  • Project Specification
  • The reason behind the refund

-We strive to work for customer satisfaction; however, in case of cancellation and refund reclamation, we appreciate the Client providing a valid reason describing the needs that aren’t met and the overall performance input, as we require the customer feedback as it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired results.

-Please note that WebZoro holds all the rights to reject or cancel any project whenever deemed necessary. After the refund, the Client has no right to use the domain for any purpose. It will be the sole property of WebZoro as all the rights are transferred to the Company; the Client agrees that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest.

-WebZoro would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs with Government Copyright Agencies, which would limit future re-use of the Website in its original style. If you have any questions or complaints about our refund policy, please get in touch with us at info@webzoro.com

-We are not responsible for any damage, issues or delays caused by contacts as a means of communication not provided by us. We are only responsible for the information provided through our official domains.

Website Rights

All finalized projects delivered by WebZoro are completed based on the Client’s written request for finalization. Upon finalization, the Client obtains all credentials and owns 100% of all rights to the Website.

However, the Client shall not own any materials, media, or other content developed during any revision process preceding the Final Product.

Artwork Rights

This policy outlines the ownership rights associated with artwork designs created by WebZoro for its clients. WebZoro (“the Company”) acknowledges the importance of clarifying ownership to foster transparency and establish a clear understanding between the Company and its clients.

Ownership Rights:

Initial Ownership by WebZoro:

Upon the creation and completion of an artwork project, WebZoro retains the initial ownership rights to the design. This includes all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and any other proprietary rights associated with the artwork.

Client Transferable Rights:

Clients have the option to obtain ownership rights of the artwork upon completion of the project by explicitly requesting a transfer of ownership. The transfer of ownership will be granted upon full payment of all fees associated with the artwork project.

Conditions for Transfer:

The transfer of ownership is contingent upon the client’s compliance with all payment obligations related to the artwork project. Once payment is received in full, WebZoro will transfer the ownership rights, and the client will become the sole owner of the artwork.

Usage Rights:

WebZoro Portfolio:

WebZoro reserves the right to showcase the artwork in its portfolio and promotional materials as part of its work portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.

Client’s Usage:

Until the transfer of ownership, clients have the right to use the artwork solely for the purposes agreed upon in the project scope. Clients may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the artwork without written consent from WebZoro.

Modification of Ownership Policy:

WebZoro reserves the right to modify this ownership policy with or without notice. Clients will be bound by the ownership policy in effect at the time of engagement.

By engaging in an artwork project with WebZoro, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this Artwork Ownership Policy.

Policy For Deliverables

The complete delivery will be sent on the stated date of the order confirmation with the confirmation email, whereas the turnaround time will be according to the package; the minimum time required for the delivery of the order is two working days. Complete ownership rights, e.g., in terms of a website, are only given if all the dues are cleared. In case of an emergency, get in touch with our support team.

Content Creation

WebZoro will incorporate the product pictures or content exclusively provided by the Client. In case of purchasing the images online, it will be done per the Client’s approval. 

The content/text on the Website will be written per the Client’s preference.

What Information We Collect

In Short, We collect Personal Information that you provide to us, such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information. We never retain client specific information including the credit card information. 

We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our services when contacting us.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

WebZoro does not disclose customer project information or contact information to anyone. Personal and project information about the Client is kept strictly confidential at all times.

After the project is successfully finished, both parties, WebZoro and The Client, undertake not to intentionally defame or otherwise disparage the other in matters arising after the project’s completion.

After the project is successfully finished, all parties agree to stop making any defamatory remarks to anyone about the Client (and, in the case of the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners) in the future, both directly and indirectly. WebZoro will also take reasonable measures to ensure that its officers and directors refrain from doing so.

Record Maintenance

We at WebZoro keep a track record of all finalized product delivery and communication to streamline the process of keeping track and information. 

Customer Support

Our Supports Team is readily available from Monday through Friday during our regular business hours to assist you fully. In the chance of an emergency, queries after business hours need to be emailed to our official email address, info@webzoro.com, and will be picked up the next working day and will be addressed promptly. 

Technical Support Policy

WebZoro primarily focuses on providing Digital and Website Development and Design Services. Our packages can include technical aspects to help the Client with their websites and emails. Our team will make sure to give the essential information regarding those services and the settings required to make those services work. WebZoro will not be responsible for providing detailed training on the below-mentioned services on the customer’s end. 

Such services are: 

  • Website Deployment.

WebZoro will deploy the Website for the customer.

  • We provide a Hosting server.

The hosting service provided by WebZoro is free and delivered to the Client as an added feature without any cost. It is acquired from a third-party service provider.

If the Website is hosted on a third-party web server purchased by the Client, WebZoro  is in no way responsible for any server or hosting-related issues. 

  • Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.)

There is no Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.) between the Client and WebZoro in terms of technical assistance or service outages unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.

Do We Make Updates To Our Terms and Conditions?

Yes, we will update these terms and conditions as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to these terms and conditions, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review these terms and conditions frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

Acceptance Of These Terms

You acknowledge that you have read and agree to all these terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
